Online Appointment Policy

  • Appointments booked online via https://mmcmayyil.com cannot be cancelled by the patient once confirmed.
  • Patients must report to the concerned counter at MMC Hospital Mayyil at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time with the appointment confirmation SMS or email.
  • Appointment times are provisional and may change depending on the availability or schedule of the concerned doctor.
  • Doctor selection cannot be changed once an appointment is booked online.
  • For appointments booked more than 48 hours in advance, a one-time change of date is permitted if the request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Contact our appointment helpline at +919497707913 between 9 AM and 5 PM for assistance.
  • For appointments made within 24 hours, rescheduling is not permitted.
  • MMC Hospital Mayyil and the consulting doctor reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any online appointment without prior notice.
  • In the event of a rescheduling, patients will be notified via SMS or email using the contact details provided at registration.
  • MMC Hospital Mayyil’s liability in case of appointment cancellation is limited to refund of any paid consultation fees. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred.
  • Appointment timings may be adjusted to prioritize emergency cases.
  • Please ensure you carry your appointment confirmation SMS or printout when visiting the hospital.
  • If you encounter any issues while booking an appointment, visit https://mmcmayyil.com or contact the Front Office, Floor Executive, or Online Appointment Helpdesk at the hospital.
  • First-time visitors must use the “New Patient” link. Existing patients should use the “Review Registration” option with their registered number.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • There is no cancellation option available once payment has been made through https://mmcmayyil.com.
  • In case of duplicate payment, please contact the Administration/Finance/Accounts Department with valid proof of transaction or your bank statement.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. Once approved, the payment gateway will initiate the refund to your issuing bank, which may take an additional 8–15 working days, depending on the bank’s policies.
